Sometimes we all make mistakes.... Release 0.4b4 contained several, which this update fixes:
- Some DXF files failed to import at all (nothing happens).
- Splines in imported DXF meshes doubled, leading to crashes when trying to resave as DXF.
- Lathing crashed with large objects (allocated insufficient memory for itself).
- Scrolling the views with the VERTICAL rulers sometimes caused crashes and hangs.
Bonus (enhancements):
- Windows are rescaled and recentered to fit imported DXF and QuickDraw 3D files.
- FIT button now has option to fit all points (not just selected): see online help.
Updating:
Easy! Double click the update file and locate your copy of v0.4b4 for it. The update is quick and generates a complete new copy of v0.4.1b4. (It also verifies that v0.4b4 has not been corrupted in any way.) Make sure the new version works, then TRASH THE OLD ONE (so it doesn't accidentally run when you double click a file).
